Price of Services: The price will be displayed on the screen when you click the "Checkout" button on the DropGo website. This price includes DropGo's service fee, the carrier's charges, and applicable taxes (including consumption tax).
Costs to be borne by the user: Internet connection and communication fees are the responsibility of the user. If there are errors in the size, weight, or reservation information, the carrier may request payment of additional fees; in such cases, please pay the carrier directly.

How to Purchase Services: You can make a reservation by clicking the "Reserve" button on the DropGo website.
Effective Date of Service: The booking is confirmed when the "Book Now" button is clicked.
Payment timing: Payment is processed when the customer clicks the " Book Now " button.
Cancellation: Once the cutoff time displayed on the DropGo website is reached without you having handed over your package to the carrier, or once you have handed over your package to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be issued. If the deadline is reached without you handing over your package at the scheduled pickup time, this will be considered a no-show and the full amount will be charged. However, if the carrier is unable to accept the package due to their own circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation is possible before the cutoff time displayed on the DropGo website and prior to handing over the package to the carrier. If cancellation is possible, a refund will be issued after a cancellation fee is charged. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions (T&C) for details regarding cancellation fees and refunds.
Fees Charged When Services Cannot Be Provided: In certain cases, such as when we are unable to pick up your package, the booking will be automatically canceled. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for details regarding cancellation fees and refunds in such cases.
Liability of the Service Provider: DropGo is a service that acts as an intermediary for the transportation contract concluded between you and the carrier. The service provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier. Such matters will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.
